Job Description
- Assist the Department Manager in the daily tasks
- Assigns work tasks to employees concerned to meet the needs of the store/department and its customers
- Organize staff schedule
- Helps the Manager in monitoring and procurement of stocks as needed
- Mentoring store/department employees to benefit and enhance store performance
- Together with the Manager, provide assistance to new hires to learn about store/department policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance. Report to the Manager and devise ways and means to improve and maximize employee performance
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Ability to multi-task
Monthly net salary of US$1500.00
Annual vacation days in adherence to SXM labor laws
Skills Required
- Applicant should have a college degree
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft - - Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Customer service oriented and possess people management skills
- Knowledge of administration and supervision skills
- Must have a driver’s license
- Experience in the Supermarket industry a plus
