The National Employment Services Center (NESC) is responsible for facilitating employment through this website and providing employability enhancement services to both job seekers and employers in alignment with the standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
In 2017, the Department of Labor Affairs & Social Services organized a workshop in collaboration with the ILO to strengthen the capacity of the National Employment Bureau in career guidance and counseling, skills need anticipation, matching and performance management, monitoring and evaluation. This workshop led to the birth of the NESC.
