Job scope:
(COACHING, COORDINATING, INFORMING, REVIEWING, PLANNING, DEVELOPING) In Summary, the School Coach guides, develops, and coordinates the school curriculum process and ensures that the school upholds its quality card.
The duties and responsibilities of the School Coach will include to:
- Guides the entire school curriculum along with the Heads of the department and reports to the Principal
- Assists the principal in all instructional leadership activities
- Plans for professional development where weaknesses exists in instruction
- Is responsible for upholding the quality card of the school
- Direct and guide the subject teachers, the care unit, the job training coordinator with execution of professional development institutes and staff development activities
- Observe in classrooms the individual instructors to ensure that curriculum objectives are met
- Meet regularly with the Management Team
- Stay abreast of new developments in education by attending conferences and presenting at conferences and at the school
- Provide the principal with monthly progress reports according to a reporting template by FAVE
- Carry out any other duty as requested by the
-Principal/Director/ Board Management
