    Job scope:
    Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform general repair and maintenance duties on structures, facilities and equipment specifically on electrical pedestals at marina.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)

    - Perform various maintenance duties in assistance to skilled maintenance personnel in projects involving specialized trades including manually transporting construction materials and tools, and cleaning, and mainly as electrician that can manage electrical connections on the docks (220V/480V power).
    - Perform basic interior electrical connections throughout buildings and electrical pedestals on the dock. Electrical work is specific to the marina and the yachts that visit this location.
    - Perform basic exterior electrical connections, involving solar light panels, road side lighting, pool lighting.
    - Repair and make simple installation of hardware; install shelving and bulletin boards; repair desk, chairs, and other furniture and equipment.
    - Perform simple plumbing duties such as removing and replacing faucets, fixtures, washers and gaskets.
    - Install electrical wall and floor outlets and switches as needed. Interior and exterior
    - Perform maintenance painting as needed; patch and prepare surfaces for painting; paint cabinets and shelving.
    - Perform rough carpentry and concrete work as required; erect and dismantle scaffolding.
    - Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
    - Provides service to marina and facility guests that meet established quality standards for all marina related operations; ensures that recognized standards are maintained, and that quality and delivery commitments are met.

    - Expedites any and all requests from vessels including escorting incoming marina guests to/from yachts, assisting with luggage, and offering information pertaining to available services and facilities of marina (provisioning, laundry, etc.).
    - Provides general security and supports marina and facility security teams in their security related efforts; reports disturbances in dock area to superiors and maintains general vigilance.
    - Maintains VHF radio and in-person communication with Marina office and marina management.
    - Manages & control utility readings (electric & water) with assistance of supervisory staff.

    Monthly salary of US$3000.00


    Skills Required

    - Vocational school diploma; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    - Certification in specialization such as electrical, mechanical or woodwork is preferred.
    - Valid driver’s license or Operator’s certificate preferred.
