Job scope:
Supports the Commercial Director (s) across the full range of commercial activities, office administration, client correspondence, Ensuring the flow of information and goods between the Company and Operations, Sales Representatives and marketing department efficient A highly visible supply chain role that will oversee the company Demand Planning (forecasting and inventory) requirements process. This is a hands-on position responsible for developing and executing Demand Plan and inventory plans that will enable company to meet sales and service objectives. Collaboration with other members of the supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer support teams is paramount to achieve these sales and service objectives.
Reports to the Managing Director (s)
-Support the Managing Director (s) with analysis and Organization of commercial activities.
- Office administration, client correspondence
- Providing sales information to vendors & Internal Teams
- Contract reviews & Database.
- Purchasing plans
- Inventory
- Vendor rebate programs
- Demand plans.
- Order forecasting.
- Ensuring flow of information between Company and operations, sales reps, marketing department
- Drawing up, editing and compiling product information packs for the company
- Lowering costs of foods& landed costs
- Ensuring prices invoiced to company and the agreed prices with vendors
