    Job Description

    Job scope:

    As an Application, Online and Website Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and optimal functioning of the applications. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and address any issues that may arise, perform regular updates, and collaborate with the development team to enhance the overall user experience. This role requires a keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining the health and performance of our applications.

    Reports to the Commercial Manager

    Key Accountabilities

    - Routine Maintenance. Conduct regular checks to identify and address bugs, glitches, and other issues affecting the application’s performance. Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements based on user feedback and system diagnostics.
    - Software Updates. Stay informed about the latest updates and advancements in mobile app development technologies.
    - Coordinate with eh development team to implement necessary software updates, ensuring compatibility with new operating system versions and devices.
    - Performance Monitoring. Monitor the performance of the application, identifying areas for improvement in terms of speed, responsiveness, and resource utilization. Conduct performance testing and optimization to enhance the overall user experience.
    - Security Maintenance. Implements security measures to protect the application from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with the security team to conduct regular security audits and address any identified issues promptly.
    - User Support. Respond to user-reported issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with customer support to understand user concerns and work towards addressing them effectively.
    - Documentation. Maintain detailed documentation of application features, configurations and maintenance procedures. Create and update user guides and troubleshooting documentation for support teams and end-users.
    - Collaboration. Work Closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and Commercial Team, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the maintenance process.
    - Continuous Improvement. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in the maintenance workflow. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement relevant improvements to enhance the overall maintenance strategy.

    Key responsibilities:

    - Responsible for the execution and evaluation of Soft- and Hardware Solutions
    - Responsible for the execution and evaluation of Defining and Implementing Architectural Changes
    - Responsible for the execution and evaluation of Configuring Applications

    By taking on the role of APP Maintenance Specialist, you will contribute to the sustained success and positive user experience of our mobile applications.

    Requirements:

    - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    - Proven experience in mobile app maintenance, preferably in a similar industry.
    - Strong knowledge of mobile app development frameworks, languages, and tools
    - Familiarity with debugging tools and methodologies
    - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    - Strong communication and collaboration skills
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving technologies
    - Minimum of 3 years in IT position
    - Fluent written and spoken English,
    - French, Spanish and Dutch are asset
