    Job Description

    Job scope:
    To manage, develop and implement efficient process’s to ensure on time & complete order delivery to every customer, while effectively monitoring the company’s Inventory Control in the main warehouse.

    Reports to Commercial Director(s)

    1 Coordinate transportation of products and manage the timely flow of customer’s
    orders.
    - Leading & managing the organization of the ALL movement of merchandise to and from
    the facilities (customers and internal stores) accurately efficiency and on time every
    time.
    - Example Tobacco & Spirts going to the same customer but from different warehouses!
    - Example POS and Liquor going to Princess Promenade
    - Ensures on time delivery of orders as per route as the companies policies
    - Example : Next Day Delivery, in full
    - Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure prompt delivery as per the company policy.
    - Provide real time information whether it be in logistical movements or delivery status.
    - Correct and late delivery problems.
    - Coordinate internal movement of goods between warehouses in order to ensure prompt
    and complete customer deliveries.
    - Review and approve the delivery truck loading and dispatch organized by Asst
    - Warehouse Manage to ensure full delivery trucks, efficient routing and coordination
    between warehouses.
    - Controlling the flow of inventory from: The point after orders/transfers are entered into
    system to the point that fulfillment paperwork is finalized and corrected.

    2 Manage the Inventory control following instructions and procedures
    - Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item
    - Ensure proper organization of goods (not all goods in all warehouses) and to ensure with the warehouse managers that the goods are easily accessible for daily/weekly counts.
    - Ensure that the receipts of local suppliers are promptly processed with Account payable.
    - Assist in daily counts and making sure the information is accurate.
    - Ensure that the overall quantities are correctly shown in each warehouse
    - Develop accurate & consistent enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
    - Ensure that all invoices are processed promptly
    - Report discrepancies to Commercial Director
    - Perform in a manner consistent with company Vision, Mission Statement and Operating Principles

    3 Manage the RTV/RTC (Return to Vendor/return from Customer) process
    - Includes item documentation - tracking, adjusting and ensure credit are promptly processed- - Ensuring that all RTV are approved from management prior to drivers being forced to collect the goods.
    - Ensure wine department complies with the same rules
    - Ensure that the receipts of local suppliers are promptly processed with Account payable.
    - Ensure all credit notes are done on a daily basis.

    4 Participate in meeting company goals and objectives
    - Cooperate when other tasks are asked in order to reach company goals and activities
    - Be a team player
    - Agree to attend training sessions and use the obtained knowledge in the local market
    - Ensure the highest levels of customer service and internal communication are attained

    Note: The Sales Analyst will be the backup of this position in case of absence or vacation.

    Skills Required

    - University or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
    - Preferable with 1-2 years sales administration experience
    - Flexible, diligent, responsible, positive, sociable and cheerful
    - Good interpersonal and communication skills
    - Good team player
    - Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably French
    - Computer literate
