    Job Description

    Job scope:
    Professionally manage events & promotions that insure cost–effectiveness, brand attention, and positive brand impact on customers, consumers, and trade and business relations.
    Grow the business on both sides of SXM through effectively executing brand related activities such as events and sales promotions.

    Reports to Commercial Manger

    - Co-develop strategy for the implementation of brand event
    - Develop and execute event Operational Plan
    - Develop, manage and monitor event marketing and sales budget
    - Plan, execute and supervise all brand related activities in the market
    - Plan, execute and supervise all customer marketing related activities (promotions, signing)
    - Generate and monitor (free) publicity for all brand related activities
    - Evaluate performance of all brand related activities within 2 weeks after this activity
    - Coordinate specific sales-related activities for French and
    - Dutch side sales when needed
    - Help in managing accounts receivable collection for French and Dutch side accounts
    - Assume tasks within organization whenever needed (vacations)
    - Work close together with Sales and Account Management
    - Team to achieve depletion and marketing objectives
    - Assist supervisor in daily operational activities
    - Contribute to managing and monitoring yearly marketing and sales budget
    - Prepare and submit quarterly bill backs to respective brand owners
    - Approve marketing spend

    Responsibilities:
    - Responsible for the execution and evaluation of brand
    - Responsible for the execution and evaluation of various sales promotions
    - Responsible for the execution and evaluation of various sponsored events

    Result Areas:

    - Achieve volume and brand image targets as agreed in commercial plans
    - Significantly reduce net and total spend on brand events
    - Achieve full execution of agreed Marketing and Sales plans
    - Safeguard the companies interests (contracts/insurance)

    Based at the ILTT Office, Pointe Blanche
    Estimated time on road @ 40% (customer visits/execution)


    Skills Required

    •University or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
    •Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing position
    •Fluent written and spoken English, French, Spanish and Dutch are assets
    •Driver’s license and ca
