Conduct skills gap analyses companywide
Design detailed educational curriculum in
accordance with SBO ordinance and legislative
guidance of the Ministry of Education
Conduct research, produce reports and administer
education policies and programs
Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend
improvements
Develop the structure, content and objectives of
new programs
Conduct statistical analyses to determine cost and
effectiveness of education policies and programs
Provide ongoing professional development,
training and consultative services to teachers and
other professionals throughout the public and
private sector
Follow up with stakeholders , students and
instructors after each course and collect feedback
Research and recommend modern educational
methods
Skills Required
- Masters degree in Education or related field
Industry certification included
- Minimum 4 years experience in curriculum development &
instructional design.
