    Job Description

    The Sales Manager is responsible for the planning, directing and coordinating of all sales operations of the Car Dealership. This will involve improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through implementation of effective methods and strategies ensuring that all workings are in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with quality requirements.
    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and support the sales and administrative team in achieving sales results, ensuring development of sales and customer satisfaction processes.
    • Development and measurement of sales reports and analysis for Upper Management. Creating estimated sales forecasts, both short and long-term.
    • Developing and delivering reports on sector & competitors' performance.
    • Playing a key role in sales planning using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy and "hit the numbers" as set in sales targets.
    • Initiating training or motivational meetings for the sales team.
    • Following up and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Overseeing sales floor and individual deal closings.
    • Managing E-Leads CRM Software and any other programs used by the Company.
    • Ensuring that the Showrooms and display arrangements are constantly updated, and that
    • Branding and Imaging of the Organization is in according with the Company standards, working with Sales and Marketing management and team to achieve this.

    Skills Required

    • A graduate level of intellect, with a minimum Bachelor's degree in a management discipline. At least 5 years' experience in the auto sales industry and managing a team.
    • Background must be well-rounded in the areas of sales, with experience and a proven track record in a senior management position or commercial/automotive management.
    • Extensive knowledge of inventory and various automotive specifications.
    • Excellent customer service abilities.
    • Analytical, with a keen attention to detail and data.
    • Ability to juggle multiple duties and complete tasks through creative problem solving. Outgoing personality and at ease communicating with our customers and sales team.
