Terms of Use

This page outlines the Terms of Use ("Terms") under which you ("You") may use the Nesc.sx sites and services. These Terms include the Privacy Policy referenced on this page.

These Terms establish a binding agreement between You and the National Employment Services Center and the Department of Labor Affairs & Social Services. If You do not accept these stated Terms, do not use the Nesc.sx sites and services.

Sites & Services

Nesc.sx site refers to any websites under the National Employment Services Center's control, whether partial or otherwise, and includes the National Employment Services Center services. This site encompasses online communities and communication tools designed to facilitate professional networking among Nesc.sx users. Users can create individual profiles on this website, containing personal information, and make these profiles or aspects thereof public.

The National Employment Services Center services include applications and services provided by the National Employment Services Center. This encompasses an online service platform for posting and searching employment opportunities, accessible through our social media platform or any interface allowing You to access such applications.

The National Employment Services Center may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this web page. It is advisable to periodically review the most current Terms, as they constitute a binding agreement with You.

Users who violate these Terms may face suspension or termination of their access and use of the Nesc.sx site at the discretion of the website manager.

Required Age

You must be 16 years of age or older to use any National Employment Services Center sites and services. If under the age of 18 or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction, You must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to use any National Employment Services Center site.

The use of Nesc.sx and/or profiles to determine a consumer’s eligibility for insurance for personal, family, or household purposes is strictly prohibited.

Use of The National Employment Services Center Content

The National Employment Services Center authorizes You, subject to these Terms, to access and use the Nesc.sx site and content (as defined below).

Use of Nesc.sx Service

The job posting, resume database, and other features of Nesc.sx may be used only by individuals seeking employment and/or career information and by employers seeking employees. Nesc.sx profiles and networking may be used by individuals for permitted professional and personal networking purposes. Your use of Nesc.sx is also subject to any other contracts You may have with The National Employment Services Center services. In the case of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any contract with The National Employment Services Center, the terms of your contract will prevail.

The term “post” means information that You submit, publish, or display on Nesc.sx. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account, profile, and passwords. Do not share Your password or other account access information with any other party. You are responsible for all uses of Your Nesc.sx site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You.

All Nesc.sx users agree not to:

1. Transmit, post, distribute, store, and/or destroy material, including Nesc.sx content, in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including laws governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information or in breach of The National Employment Services Center's privacy policy.

2. Use any data mining, robots, and/or similar data gathering or extraction methods.

3. Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.

4. Reverse engineer or decompile any parts of any National Employment Services Center site.

5. Post content that promotes or endorses false or misleading information, illegal activities, or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities prohibited by these Terms & Conditions.

6. Defer any contact from an employer to any agent, agency, and/or other third party.

7. Post and/or submit to any National Employment Services Center site any incomplete, false, and/or inaccurate biographical information, including information that is not Your own.

8. Post content that contains restricted or password-only access pages, hidden pages, or images.

9. Solicit passwords and/or personally identifiable information from other users.

10. Delete and/or alter any material posted by any other person or entity.

11. Harass, incite harassment, or advocate harassment of any group, company, or individual.

12. Send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls, or send unsolicited information promoting and/or advertising products or services to any user, or contact users who have specifically requested not to be contacted.

13. Attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, and/or network, including submitting a virus to any National Employment Services Center site, overloading, spamming, mailbombing, and/or crashing.

14. Promote and/or endorse an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing and/or making available pirated computer programs or links to them.

15. Post any resume and/or profile or apply for any job on behalf of another party.

16. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any National Employment Services Center infrastructure.

Additional Terms Applicable to Employers.

Employers are solely responsible for their respective postings on Nesc.sx. The National Employment Services Center is not to be considered an employer with respect to Your use of any National Employment Services Center site and shall not be responsible for any employment decisions made by any entity posting jobs on Nesc.sx.

Employers understand that if they cancel their employer account or if their employer account is terminated, all associated information will be marked as deleted and may be removed from Nesc.sx databases. This includes saved resumes, job postings, network contacts, email mailing lists, and account-specific content. Information may continue to be available for some period due to delays in propagating such deletion through Nesc.sx web servers.

Job Postings

Job postings may not contain:

1. Any hyperlinks, other than those specifically authorized by Nesc.sx.

2. Misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords, or keywords irrelevant to the presented job opportunity/vacancy.

3. The names, logos, and/or trademarks of unaffiliated companies unless expressly agreed upon by Nesc.sx.

4. Names of colleges, districts, cities, states, and/or countries unrelated to the posting.

5. Inaccurate, false, or misleading information.

6. Material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.

Nesc.sx job postings, networking, and profiles may not be used to:

1. Post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity, and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property.

2. Sell, promote, and/or advertise products or services.

3. Post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club memberships," distributorship, multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement.

4. Post any business opportunity requiring an upfront payment and/or recruitment of other members.

5. Advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature.

6. Request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts.

7. Endorse a particular political party, political agenda, position, and/or issue.

8. Promote a particular religion.

The National Employment Services Center reserves the right to remove any job posting or content that, in the reasonable exercise of Nesc.sx discretion, does not comply with the aforementioned Terms & Conditions. This also includes any content posted that The National Employment Services Center deems not in the best interest of the website.

Resume Database

Use of the Nesc.sx Resume Database by Employers.

The use of the Nesc.sx resume database is only allowed as provided by these Terms & Conditions and any contract with The National Employment Services Center. Use must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. You agree not to disclose any data from the Nesc.sx Resume Database to any third party unless authorized for employment purposes. Take appropriate measures to protect data obtained from the Nesc.sx Resume Database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

The Nesc.sx Resume Database shall not be used to:

1. Serve any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees.

2. Make unsolicited contact with any resume holder or Nesc.sx job seeker unless authorized.

3. Source candidates, contact job seekers, or resume holders for career fairs and business opportunities.

Additional Terms Applicable to Job Seekers.

When You register with Nesc.sx, You will create an account and provide certain information, including a valid email address.

Profiles submitted must be accurate and describe You as an individual. You are solely responsible for the form, content, and accuracy of any resume or material placed on Nesc.sx. The National Employment Services Center reserves the right to delete Your account and information after a significant duration of inactivity or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

User Content that is implicitly or explicitly offensive, engages in, endorses, or promotes racism, bigotry, discrimination, hatred, or physical harm, harasses, incites harassment, advocates harassment, involves the transmission of junk mail, chain letters, spam, or phishing, promotes false or misleading information, illegal activities, or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous, promotes or endorses an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, contains restricted or password-only access pages, displays or links to pornographic, indecent, or sexually explicit material, or provides or links to material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual, violent, or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18, is prohibited.

Any profile submitted by You must accurately describe You as an individual. Examples of inappropriate and prohibited profiles include those purporting to represent an animal, place, inanimate object, fictional character, or real individual that is not You.

Termination of Users.

The National Employment Services Center reserves the right to terminate accounts for copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights infringement. Users are expected to respect the Intellectual Property of others. Unauthorized posting, reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public display, and/or public performance of copyrighted works constitutes infringement, and repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Disclaimer of Warranty.

The National Employment Services Center does not warrant that the Nesc.sx site or any Nesc.sx services will operate error-free or that Nesc.sx and its servers are free of computer viruses. If Your use results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment, or other costs, The National Employment Services Center is not responsible. Nesc.sx site and content are provided on an "As Is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages.

In no event shall The National Employment Services Center be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use Nesc.sx site and its content, including incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data, employment opportunity, or business interruption.

Links to Other Sites.

Nesc.sx site contains links to third-party websites, provided solely as a convenience. The National Employment Services Center is not responsible for the content or accuracy of materials on linked third-party websites. Accessing linked third-party websites is at Your own risk.

Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use.

You agree not to resell or assign Your rights or obligations under these Terms. Unauthorized commercial use of Nesc.sx site is prohibited.
